Explore Binegar and go for a ride. Some nice cycling paths and tracks in Glastonbury. This route won't win the prize of flattest route. You can start everywhere along this route, but this church (Church of All Saints) is certainly a good place to start. Don't forget to stop at Tor Leisure Ground. Glastonbury Lake Village is worth a visit. If I had to summarize this route: a nice ride for an experienced cyclist.
