This beautiful hike is by far the most spectacular and best maintained multi-day walking tour in the entire Caucasus and must therefore be high up on everyone's bucket list. The first day the tour goes from the Georgian ski resort of Mestia over a mountain ridge to the village of Tshvirmi with its many small churches and monasteries. The views over the peaks, valleys and rivers during the walk are truly phenomenal and will delight everyone.
