Inishturk is a small island, 14.5 km off the west coast of Mayo, between Clare Island and Inisboffin. The main way to get to Inishturk is by ferry from Roonagh Pier (Louisburgh). With beautiful scenery, Inishturk is an absolute treat for walkers, day-trippers and vacationers alike.
The loops around Inishturk Island circle Cairn Hill on surfaced roadways and sandy tracks and offer spectacular views of the mountains and islands of West Mayo and Connemara.
