From Pieta this route runs along the coastal boulevard with beautiful views of the walls of Valletta, after which you walk through the quiet city park on singletrack to the first defense line of Valletta. Then the route goes through Floriana to the entrance gate of Valletta and then returns to Pieta via the same road.
Walked myself and definitely worth it!
