Dragon Festival Beesel
The Dragon Stabbing is a large play that is performed in the open air every seven years. An event that is designed and supported by all residents of Beesel. The next performance will take place in 2016. A theatre is being built in the park around the beautiful Nieuwenbroeck Castle and more than 500 actors are performing a historical spectacle. A historical procession is also an integral part of this special event that always takes place in August.
