The Mill of Frans is a watermill in Mander. This mill on the Mosbeek was built in the early 1700s as a paper mill. The owner at the time was the paper manufacturer Willem Cramer from Ootmarsum. In 1870, the Cramer family sold the mill to Bernard Frans, who converted it into a grist mill and built a mill. Since 1963 the mill has been owned by the Stichting Landschap Overijssel. This foundation has had Watermolen Frans restored and housed a permanent exhibition about the history of the mill and about the flora and fauna around the Mosbeek.
