The Oudestraat is a street in the center of the Dutch city of Kampen and together with the Geerstraat forms the main shopping street of the city. Almost every national retail chain has a branch here. The street starts at the Muntplein, where the Boven- or Sint Nicolaaskerk is located and ends at the Buitenkade, along which the city canal the Burgel runs. With approximately 1000 meters, it is one of the longest shopping streets in the Netherlands.Approximately in the middle of the Oudestraat is the Plantage square. The Saturday market takes place here every Saturday.
