Maallust is a flour mill in Amerongen in the Dutch province of Utrecht. It is a belt mill that was built in 1830 as a replacement for a standard mill on the same site. Until 1853 the mill belonged to the possessions of Amerongen Castle; Then it came into private hands. The milling plant was modernized with the result that no wind energy was needed anymore and in 1938 the mill was dismantled.
