Description

There were three large bomb shelters in the Arboretum. Via the pilot lines, the pilots jumped out of their tipsy machines were transported to these bomb shelters. They stayed here for a short time and then regained freedom via established routes to Spain or Switzerland. Gamekeeper Cees Sukkel took care of the accommodation and transport of the pilots.
