The St. Bartholomew's Church in schoonhoven is a three-aisled pseudo-basilica church built in 1872, with a tower in the center on the western side façade. The church is in use by the Roman Catholic St. Bartholomew parish and is located at Wal 63 in Schoonhoven.
The church was designed by architect E.J. Magry, one of the most important pupils of P.J.H. Cuypers. The church is built on the former bastion Keizersbolwerk. The foundation stone was laid in April 1872, and the church was completed in 1873. The church is built in a combination of neo-Gothic and neo-Romanesque style. The church has a three-aisled nave eight bays long. In the central nave there is a mock triforium with round arches on both sides. The church has a high choir with a five-sided choir closure on the south side. The main entrance is located under the tower in the western side façade. The tower has three sections with wimbergen and a constricted needle spire.
