Grain mill of Eijsden, Molenstraat 1 Caestert (Eijsden)
One of the farms on the right is a water mill that is still completely intact (accessible via a footpath behind the Molenstraat 1 building). On the walls of one of the houses in -Caestert along the Voer there is a good chance to see a sunbathing wall lizard. With the old fortress walls of Maastricht, these are the only places in the Netherlands where the wall lizard still occurs. Lizards (cold-blooded) need the solar heat to become action.
