The monument Dorpsstraat in Ossendrecht (municipality of Woensdrecht) is a natural stone sculpture group of three male figures and one female figure. The statue is placed on a pedestal.

In the pedestal are chiseled years:

'1940 - 1945'.

Symbolism
"The monument represents the summary of the end of the battle. The group consists of four figures: three soldiers, one wounded or dying, while between the other two combatants the battle is settled in favor of our Allied allies. The snarled female figure immediately takes care of the fallen one.'
