Laathof van der Horst

The former Laathof van der Horst is now operated by Zorgbureau Talent. Owners of this late court included Joncker Baltasar Coelen (> 1560). In 1606 the court came into the hands of Joncker Hieronymus van den Berg, embarrassing Trips. He and his descendants stayed at the farm until 1752, when it was purchased by pastor Johannes Vrijens, pastor in Mesch. (Source: Concise history of Mheer, Banholt and Terhorst, A.P. Roijen).
