Windmill nr I is one of the three rampart mills that still stand on the ramparts of the Dutch city of Heusden.
The construction of the current mill, standing on the site of a former postmill on the mill bastion at the city harbor, started in 1971. During the construction an old postmill from Lommel was used. Construction was completed at the beginning of 1972 and on March 22 that year, the then State Secretary Henk Vonhoff put the first of the three newly built postmills in use.
