Visitor center / Natuurmuseum Het Dijkmagazijn on the Waaldijk in Bemmel is a fun (and educational) attraction for the whole family.
The Dijkmagazijn is designed in such a way that the nature from the area can be seen – as in a nutshell. For example, about a hundred stuffed birds and animals are set up in their natural environment.
In aquariums swim fish and various water bugs. In a glass hive, the life of bees can be followed. D-cabinets show nature – often with macro shots – three-dimensionally beautiful.
A film entitled "the beauty of the floodplains" is continuously shot.
There are also many diy assignments for young and old.

• April to August: Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday 13.00-16.00
• September to March: Sunday 13.00-16.00
• December closed
