The Nativity of Saint John the Baptist is a Roman Catholic church and national monument at Hoogstraat 82 / Om 't Wedde 2 in the Dutch town of Montfoort.
There was already a church from 1861 designed by Herman Jan van den Brink on this site, but it had become too small. In 1923 the parish council decided to build a new church. Architect Wolter te Riele designed a three-aisled hall church in neo-Gothic style. On top of the ridge of the nave is a hexagonal tower.
