The Gasthuiskerk or Kleine Kerk is a Protestant church of the Dutch Reformed Church in Zierikzee.
Originally, a chapel was built here in the 15th century to the former hospital, which was probably founded in the 14th century and provided shelter for poor strangers passing through and the needy sick. After the Reformation, the church became the property of the Walloon Reformed congregation in 1587. After in 1613 the Walloon congregation was assigned a new building on the Poststraat, the church came into the hands of the Reformed congregation who used the church building as a second church next to the Grote Kerk. When the Nieuwe Kerk was still in use, the Gasthuiskerk was called the Kleine Kerk.
