Description

There is no waterfall in this stream valley, but it is idyllic here. The valley is covered by a sloping spring forest in which the Watervalderbeek originates. It
Upwelling water flows together in a babbling brook. The moist forest floor provides a lovely piece of nature full of flowers, birds and small forest animals.
Waterfall itself is a small, typical South Limburg hamlet. There are some monumental half-timbered farmhouses that are very photogenic. From Waterfall you can look at the
Wijngaardsberg, here is the oldest vineyard in the Netherlands. There is also a Geological Monument, Quarry Waterfall on this slope.
