Under the inspiring leadership of the experienced top chef Jacco Walraven, young people with a distance to the labor market work and learn in and around the tasting room every day. With products and ingredients from their own vegetable garden and food forest, they literally put Watersley on the map! Prepared in our own kitchen and food lab
Daily changing dishes and fresh seasonal products are offered in the tasting room. Much is prepared in our own kitchen and produced in the organic food lab with a bakery, pasta kitchen, cheese dairy, mushroom and mushroom nursery and sausage factory.
Come along and taste delicious dishes while enjoying a freshly roasted quality coffee from Maison Blanche Dael. You will immediately discover the surprising range of traditional and homemade pastas, sauces, bread and pastries as well as our own imported hams.
