Description by the author

Discover how Burgundian traditions and new food concepts go hand in hand in 's-Hertogenbosch and the surrounding area. This route leads you through the medieval center of the city, past the Museum Quarter and the Market Square and takes you to trendy food concepts on the Tramkade. Take your time, read the stories and enjoy nature in Bossche Broek and rustic Den Dungen.

At restaurant van Aken on the Tramkade and in Hotel Central on the Markt you can also order the Best Brabant Snack Board. With this board you can taste the best of Brabant: tasty, cozy and smart. The snack board is an initiative of FoodUp! Brabant and forms a collection of snacks that are 100% vegetarian and come exclusively from manufacturers in North Brabant. This way you can have drinks with less impact but certainly no less tasty. The Best Snack Board presents varied snacks from the province, such as falafel balls from Den Bosch, the vegetarian Sausage Roll from Eindhoven and bean balls from Giessen.
