Welcome to beautiful South Limburg and especially the municipality of Vaals. This equestrian route takes you through one of the most beautiful and elongated forests in the Netherlands, the Vijlenerbos. The route is suitable for riders and not for drivers. The route is only signposted to a limited extent. The forest café het Hijgend Hert is very suitable for a break on the way. There are also various riding schools in the Heuvelland. Parking for this route is possible at the parking facilities on the Epenerbaan.
