Everything is cosy and warm. The house, adjoining, is independent, very quiet, without the noise of the city, on a small meadow of 500 m2.
It is very bright and is located about 1 km from the city on a residential hillside
Situated facing south, you will be able to enjoy the terrace (fully equipped in summer) and take advantage of the sunrise.
Finally, beautiful starry nights are reflected on the lake. The fireplace, in winter, will complete the soft atmosphere of this peaceful setting. The place is ideal for walks in the forest near the house.
The parking space is free and adjacent.
The cottage includes: a bedroom with a double bed, a cupboard.
A shower room with hair dryer, clothes line and accessories.
An independent WC.
A living/dining room with a comfortable 140cm sofa bed.
A television, Hi-Fi Bluetooth system. Free Wi-Fi.
A small kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, multi-function oven, ceramic hob, fridge, freezer, "Senseo" coffee machine, toaster, mixer.
A small welcome kit for the 1st necessity products is offered as well as a small gift for one week of renting.
A DVD player, some films, games and comics for children and adults are available.
Bed linen and towels are not provided but can be rented. Pets are allowed on request and under certain conditions.
Babies are welcome with bed, high chair and bath.
A ski/bike hut is available with 2 sledges in winter. Holiday vouchers accepted.
