Die Gemeinde Manciet liegt in der französischen Region Okzitanien im Département Gers. Die Gemeinde gehört zum Kanton Grand-Bas-Armagnac .
Manciet liegt in der historischen Region Armagnac im Herzen der Gascogne, die vor allem wegen des dort produzierten Weinbrandes, des Armagnacs, weltbekannt ist. Durch den Ort führt der Fernwanderweg GR 65, der weitgehend dem historischen Verlauf des französischen Jakobsweges Via Podiensis folgt.
Die kleine Stadt mit 807 Einwohnern liegt am Flüsschen Douze, das über die Midouze in den Adour mündet. Die nächste größere Stadt ist Mont-de-Marsan, die man in westlicher Richtung über die Strecke D931 – D30 nach circa 53 Straßenkilometern erreicht. Die nächsten französischen Großstädte sind Toulouse im Südosten und Bordeaux im Nordwesten.
