Modulaire 3-sterren toeristische accommodatie aan de rand van een dorp, met winkels in de buurt. De gîte is modulair: hij kan gehuurd worden met 4, 7 of 10 slaapkamers. De keuken opent naar de woonkamer (met de mogelijkheid voor een extra bed) en de kamers zijn ruim.
De accommodatie is ontworpen om toegankelijk te zijn voor mensen met een handicap (elke slaapkamer op de begane grond is geschikt voor een medisch bed en heeft een aangepaste badkamer voor gasten met een handicap).
Buitenruimte met terras en tuinmeubels, verwarmd "lagune" zwembad (met een lichte helling om toegankelijk te zijn voor personen met beperkte mobiliteit), fietsverhuur ter plaatse.
