Schloss Herzberg ist eine Schlossanlage in Herzberg am Harz im Landkreis Göttingen, Niedersachsen . Die heutige Vierflügelanlage hat ihren Ursprung im 11. Jahrhundert als mittelalterliche Burg. Nach einem Brand im Jahr 1510 wurde sie als Schloss neu aufgebaut. Sie ist mit 180 Zimmern die größte Schlossanlage Niedersachsens, die in Fachwerkbauweise errichtet wurden. Da es sich über 700 Jahre im Besitz des Adelsgeschlechts der Welfen befand, wird die Anlage auch als Welfenschloss Herzberg bezeichnet.
Das Schloss Herzberg steht auf dem Schloßberg, einer bewaldeten Anhöhe unmittelbar westlich oberhalb des Zentrums der Stadt Herzberg am Harz, die am Südwestrand des Harzes liegt. Nördlich am Schloss vorbei verläuft die Sieber.
