Provenienti da ambienti e professioni diverse, avevamo un desiderio comune: creare un luogo amichevole dove condividere le nostre conoscenze. Così ci è venuta l'idea di un locale che fosse sia negozio che ristorante. La maggior parte dei nostri prodotti proviene dalla produzione locale, dai nostri partner, allevatori di bovini, agnelli e pollame.
Attraverso il ristorante vogliamo continuare a far rivivere le ricette delle nostre mamme, nonne, zie, ma anche tutti quei momenti che ci riportano ai ricordi della nostra infanzia, come i piccoli piatti buoni della domenica o le grandi tavolate della vendemmia.
