St. Martin's Church staat ook op de UNESCO Werelderfgoedlijst. St Martin's was de privékapel van koningin Bertha van Kent en dateert reeds uit de 6de eeuw. Het is dan ook Engeland's oudste parochiekerk die onafgebroken in gebruik is geweest. Ook het kerkhof zelf is meer dan een bezoekje waard want hier vind je veel bekende personen, waaronder de Engelse landschapsschilder Thomas Sidney Cooper en Mary Tourtel die de bedenker is van het kinderboekenfiguurtje Rupert Bear.
