Il potente castello (undicesimo secolo) di Larochette, su una roccia sporgente, domina la valle dell'Ernz Blanche. A Larochette accade anche qualcos'altro di totalmente diverso. Si fa notare quando si percorre il posto accogliente, la Bleiche, o meglio ancora, ci si ferma e si toglie il casco. Il posto è stato trasformato in un vero e proprio forum di discussione. Una scena che ci si aspetterebbe in un paese meridionale, ma non qui! La spiegazione si trova nella popolazione: più della metà degli abitanti di Larochette è di origine portoghese o capoverdiana.
