De Eisriesenwelt is een natuurlijke kalksteen- en ijsgrot gelegen in Werfen, Oostenrijk, ongeveer 40 km ten zuiden van Salzburg. De grot bevindt zich in de Hochkogelberg in het Tennengebirge-gedeelte van de Alpen. Het is de grootste ijsgrot ter wereld, die meer dan 42 km lang is en jaarlijks door ongeveer 200.000 toeristen wordt bezocht. Eisriesenwelt werd gevormd door de Salzach rivier, die doorgangen in de berg heeft geërodeerd. De ijsformaties in de grot zijn ontstaan door smeltende sneeuw die in de grot drainage vond en in de winter bevroor.
