Élodie en Eric hebben door heel Frankrijk gereisd en in mei 2022 besloten ze zich te settelen! Ze raakten in de ban van dit huis dat gerenoveerd moest worden. Na een jaar van renovatie en een flinke dosis energie brachten ze in juni 2023 "Résidence Loanie" tot leven. Op de begane grond installeerden ze een comfortabele gastenkamer van 25m², met eigen doucheruimte en toilet, werkplek en extra slaapbank. Deze kamer is geschikt voor maximaal 4 personen. Gasten hebben ook toegang tot een eetkamer en een kitchenette (60 m²). Om hun diensten compleet te maken, openden ze afgelopen oktober 'L'Alternative', een alternatief gezondheids- en welzijnscentrum. Gasten die in de Residence verblijven, kunnen desgewenst gebruikmaken van de wellnessdiensten van het centrum.
