AzureWelcome to beautiful South Limburg and especially to the municipality of Valkenburg aan de Geul. This route takes you from Schin op Geul towards the Gerendal. This region is also called Buitengoed Geul & Maas, a tourist collaboration of Valkenburg, Meerssen and Maastricht. Thanks to this collaboration, you can walk on beautifully renovated hiking trails.
This area is well worth a visit. You will discover the Gerendal with its beautiful orchid garden, highly recommended! In Schin op Geul there are plenty of catering establishments for a nice cup of coffee.
The route can be followed via the red posts. You can park in the parking lot on the Gerendalsweg, which is located 100 meters from the provincial road N595 (between Valkenburg and Schin op Geul).
