1867 auf dem Fundament einer alten Holzmühle erbaut. Seit Jahrhunderten stand hier eine Mühle deren Lehnsrecht 1267 von der Gräfin Margareta von Konstantinopel an die Stadt verkauft wurde. In dem Mühlenwall ist eine Ölmühle untergebracht worden.
