Die Siggern ist ein rund 9 km langer Bach, der bei Flumenthal im Kanton Solothurn in die Aare mündet.
Die Siggern entspringt unterhalb der Röti nahe dem Balmberg im Solothurner Jura auf etwa 1185 m ü. M. Sie hat drei wesentliche Quellbäche, welche sich nördlich der Ruine Balm in die Siggern ergiessen. Sie wird noch von einigen weiteren Bächen gespeist, der grösste davon ist der Gummenbach. Die Siggern liegt auf dem Boden der Gemeinden Balm bei Günsberg, Günsberg, Hubersdorf, Attiswil und Flumenthal. Bei Attiswil verlässt sie für fast 1 km den Kanton Solothurn und liegt nun im Kanton Bern. Bei Flumenthal mündet sie auf 418 m ü. M. in die Aare.
