Das Ostseebad Laboe [laˈbøː] ist eine Gemeinde in der Probstei im Kreis Plön in Schleswig-Holstein am Ostufer der Kieler Förde.
Die Gemeinde ist ein Wohn- und Urlaubsort und schmückt sich mit dem Slogan „Die Sonnenseite der Kieler Förde“.
Laboe liegt etwa zehn Kilometer nordöstlich der Landeshauptstadt Kiel. Im zentral örtlichen System des Landes Schleswig-Holstein ist die Gemeinde am äußersten Ende der östlichen Siedlungsachse der Kieler Förde, eine der meistbefahrenen Wasserstraßen der Welt, gelegen. Etwas entfernt im Norden beginnt um die dänischen Inseln Langeland und Ærø die so genannte „Dänische Südsee“. Laboe liegt am Westufer der feld-, wald- und seenreichen Landschaft Probstei und gehört somit historisch zu Holstein.
