Die Propsteikirche St. Kornelius in Kornelimünster, einem Stadtteil Aachens, ist ein Kirchengebäude der römisch-katholischen Kirche im Bistum Aachen. Die Kirche ist dem heiligen Kornelius gewidmet, der 251 bis 253 Papst war. Ursprünglich war sie die Klosterkirche der Reichsabtei Kornelimünster. Durch die in ihr aufbewahrten Christusreliquien wurde sie zum Ziel zahlreicher Wallfahrten, besonders während der alle sieben Jahre stattfindenden Heiligtumsfahrt Kornelimünster. Nach der Säkularisation in der napoleonischen Zeit wurde sie Pfarrkirche der Pfarrgemeinde Kornelimünster. Zudem blieb sie Wallfahrtskirche und Ziel der alle sieben Jahre stattfindenden Heiligtumsfahrt.
