Das Kloster Santa María la Real de Nieva in der gleichnamigen Gemeinde in der Provinz Segovia der spanischen Autonomen Gemeinschaft Kastilien und León ist ein ehemaliges Dominikanerkloster, das im 14. Jahrhundert gegründet wurde. Von den Klostergebäuden sind der Kreuzgang, das Refektorium und der Kapitelsaal erhalten. Die Kirche, dem Patrozinium Nuestra Señora de la Soterraña geweiht, dient heute als Pfarrkirche. Im Jahr 1920 wurden der Kreuzgang und das Nordportal der Kirche zum Baudenkmal erklärt.
