The Druivenstreek is a region in the Belgian province of Flemish Brabant and is part of the Green Belt. The Grape Region derives its name from the cultivation of grapes in the area. Its location is southeast of Brussels. Municipalities located in the region are: Overijse, Huldenberg, Hoeilaart and Tervuren. Across the language border, mention should also be made of the municipality of La Hulpe, where some greenhouses are still active in 2013 and where the "Horticultural School of the Province of Brabant" has been located since 1912, although it is now in Walloon Brabant. In the greenhouses of this school, the world-famous vines of the region are carefully prepared and preserved.
