This museum, emerging from the neighbours' initiative, was opened to the public on April 1, 1997. Its primary goal is to showcase the local ethnographic culture.
Its collection consists of works of applied art (furniture and gear), various documents, most noticeably lace business correspondence, tools and equipment, fishing culture and so on.
