This private informal museum tells the story of the WWI situation in and around Romagne-sous-Montfaucon, although the owner is knowledgeable about far more of the regional history than only WWI. The exposition shows the situation the soldiers had to live in. All is build up with material still found in the woods nowadays. Furthermore guided tours can be joined through the woods, over the Cote Dame Marie, the fortified defense line of the German troops.
A very nice start to learn more about the surroundings, it's history and other places to visit.
