Sant Andreu de Palomar fue un pueblo eminentmente agrícola hasta bien entrado el segle XX, a pesar de que a finales del siglo XIX empezaron a instalarse allí industrias y el año 1902 había unas 150 fábricas en total. En esta ruta conoceremos este pasado industrial, a partir de la visita de los edificios que quedan de aquella época, con nuevos usos, y siguiendo la huella que ha dejado en el nombre de numerosas calles.
