La chapelle accueille ainsi de nombreuses plaques commémoratives, déposées par des associations ou des familles, parmi lesquelles on peut remarquer celle offerte par l'ancien Président du Sénégal, Léopold Sédar Senghor en 1983, en mémoire de ses compatriotes tombés sur le Chemin des Dames...
