La Julia est une rivière du canton des Grisons, en Suisse et un affluent de l’Albula, donc un sous-affluent du Rhin par le Rhin postérieur.
Elle naît au col du Julier, à 2 284 m d’altitude, coule vers l’ouest dans la vallée d’Oberhalbstein avant d’être rejointe par l’Eva dal Sett, vers Bivio. Elle vire alors vers le nord, traverse le lac de Marmorera, est rejointe par l’Ava da Faller à Mulegns, passe à Tinizong-Rona et Savognin et se jette dans l’Albula à Tiefencastel.
