La chiesa di Santa Maria presso San Satiro è una chiesa parrocchiale di Milano. La costruzione della chiesa fu intrapresa alla fine del Quattrocento per volere del duca Gian Galeazzo Sforza e più tardi proseguita da Ludovico il Moro come parte di un ambizioso programma di rinnovamento delle arti nel ducato, il quale prevedeva tra le altre cose di chiamare presso la corte milanese artisti da tutta Italia: l'edificio fu infatti progettato secondo nuove forme rinascimentali importate nel ducato da Donato Bramante. La chiesa, costruita inglobando il più antico sacello di San Satiro da cui prese il nome, è celebre per ospitare il cosiddetto finto coro bramantesco, capolavoro della pittura prospettica rinascimentale italiana.
