Heindonk è una frazione del comune belga di Willebroek, situato nella provincia di Anversa. Il nome deriva dalla parola donk, che indica un'area elevata coperta di erica in una palude. Heindonk era un comune autonomo fino alla riforma comunale del 1977. Heindonk era un'area di donk tra l'attuale Zennegat e il Rupel. Era separato da Blaasveld dal Hondekotbeek e da Heffen dal Leibeek. Era probabilmente un villaggio lungo la via militare da Bavai a Utrecht. All'epoca, Heindonk faceva ancora parte della parrocchia di Zemst. Solo a partire dal 1603 passò a Heffen. Divenne una parrocchia autonoma solo nel 1803. A partire dal 1664 Rumst e quindi anche Heindonk divennero un feudo sotto la direzione dei Berthouts e dei loro successori.
