Eine alte Havezate im Osten von Rossum im Weiler Volthe. Die Havezate hat nach wie vor die charakteristischen Merkmale der Vergangenheit, sowohl von innen als auch von außen. Das historische Gebäude hat renovierte authentische Wände und die Futterkrippe für Pferde steht immer noch dort. Auch der Bentheimer Sandstein auf den Böden, die großen Niendeuren, die alten Werkzeuge und Gebrauchsgegenstände an der Wand, das Geschirr im Schrank, die Wursttrocknung, der Kamin und der Holzofen erinnern an früher. Inzwischen ist dort ein Restaurant eingerichtet, geöffnet Sonntag von 11-19 Uhr. Für Gruppen sind auch andere Tage und Zeiten möglich.
