Het is ingericht op de zolderverdieping van "Den Bonten Os", een voormalige 17e eeuwse afspanning, gelegen aan het Justus Lipsiusplein.
Naast enkele belangrijke historische aspecten wordt er een volledig beeld geschetst van de druivencultuur.
De bedrijfsuitrusting, de variëteiten, de verpakking, de toekomst,.... komen er ruim aan bod. En het serristenleven wordt er met levensechte poppen geïllustreerd.
