The Hotel Otlet was built between 1894 and 1898 for the entrepreneur and documentalist Paul Otlet. The mansion was classified as a monument in 1984 and restored between 2001-2003. Currently, the house is home to the law firm of lawyer and writer Alain Berenboom, who is also a specialist in copyright.
