Busenberg

Busenberg is a municipality in the district of Südwestpfalz, which belongs to Rhineland-Palatinate. It is part of the association municipality of Dahner Felsenland, which has its administrative seat in the town of Dahn and is, based on population, the fourth largest municipality within it.

Busenberg is located at 245 m above sea level in the German part of the Wasgau, the southern part of the Palatinate Forest, in the Dahner Felsenland region, from which the association municipality derives its name. Busenberg includes the hamlet of Bärenbrunnerhof, located four kilometers northeast at the end of the Bärenbrunner Valley, which can only be reached through the neighboring village of Schindhard, as well as the residential places Bärenbrunner Mühle and Weißensteiner Hof.
