It all started with Café de la Paix, a gathering place for life enjoyers and other supporters of the good life. With more than 100 beers, there is something for everyone, and those with too much choice stress are served the beer of the month. At the end of the last century, the thriving establishment was renovated into a modern brasserie with chef Koen behind the stove. In the afternoon, the establishment smells of freshly baked pancakes. An expansion with five luxurious rooms and Hotel de La Paix was immediately a fact.
