There is a small statue on top of the fountain, representing the 'blind people' painted by Pieter Brueghel. On that painting of 1568, you can notice a small chuch which was recognized as the church of Sint-Anne-Pede, a small village south of Brussel.If you want ot see the origianl painting, you well have to get to Naples.
